Then you might be interested in the Inclined Bed therapy -- it works but read the testimonial by Ken at the bottom of the article -I know the person, Brian or Turf,  whom wrote this article as he is the owner of Electroherbalism, a yahoo group,  and also know the health professional,Ken, whom has the 50 patients -- you might be interested in his testimonial .  In fact, many members of Electroherbalism now use the Inclined Bed therapy  , and so do the owners and many members of a couple of groups for Lyme Disease too.

I have a couple of articles about how the theory of the inclined beds happened - fortunately I copied them onto Word documents a few years ago as they are no longer on the internet.Let me know if you would like to read about it.

Medical Underground: Inclined Bed Therapy
There seem to be numerous benefits to just changing your position of sleep from the usual horizontal to where your head and upper part of body is elevated over the lower part. Apparently gravity "makes the juices flow" much better during the night, and the body is able to regenerate and cleanse while you rest. Now there seems to be renewed buzz about this cheap and rather revolutionary method of improving our health, and there are even companies that make bed-raising blocks of wood for those who don't have the do-it-yourself inspiration. more ...... & many links here to further info

Dispelling the Night-Time Frequent Urination
An additional effect of gravity on the body in the head up tilt position is the production of more heat during the night and this increases evaporation from the respiratory tract and skin, therefore reducing the amount of urine we produce and increasing the density of the urine produced. http://www.newmediaexplorer.org/chris/2003/09/19/dispelling_the_nighttime_frequent_urination_myth.htm
