I wrote the guy at Metatron,
and mentioned someone having bad reactions, for me it is feeling really good on the program I put on, but here is what he replied:

"Please note that programed into the Metatron Technology™ is its ability to auto-adjust the intensity of its coherence to give each person an environment that provides the fastest evolution that is comfortable for her/him, however if at any time this auto adjust is not perfect for any individual, he/she can override that auto-adjust, simply with the intention for the technology to be less intense to the point that he/she is comfortable.

So the degree of coherence and rate of purification is totally in the users hands, but with that comes the responsibility to make use of it.

I might add here that the degree of coherence is what drives the purification, which when it is too fast, is what causes uncomfortable detox symptoms, so the attention to the degree of coherence is most important to a comfortable trip."

I'll add, after reading, I upped my intention, and noticed an immediate
change, so it does seem to work. I hope that is helpful for other
people using/trying this.
