More on magnets. I know they can be bad for some of the people here,
but they do seem to do good things for me, north side of course.
I bought ?last year, a mattress pad with them, and even though it isn't
strong enough for me, it does seem to help with sleep some. If I take
it off the bed, which I have a couple times to retest, I can tell a noticeable difference.
What I've done then, when I decide I'm not sleeping well, and don't want to take the bed apart in the middle of the night, is put the top
side down over the covers, and that actually feels really good. What
I found is if you wrap yourself in it, it seems to feel much, much
better, though that is too hot and a bother for sleeping long.
I think it is because you are getting that nice negative ion/north field
all around you, and it's helping keep other stuff out. If I could feel
that way during the day, it would be nice. Magnets don't relieve my head
very much when it's really bad, but it does seem to help some, using one applied to whatever area emf seems to be coming from, when you can tell the direction. I think that is because it is helping avert at least some of the depolarization that goes on in the brain, when it happens. Or trying that after driving through a bad spot, seems to at least relieve some of the pressure and muddy thought, again, I think because it is realigning what was knocked out of whack.
I also like the Nikken insoles. Now those, the first couple days I could
only use a little at a time, but no problem wearing them all day anymore.
