I'm interested knowing when the solar flares are happening.  How do  
you find out?  I can't make sense of the graphs.  If there's a site  
where it's posted (in words), would you share it?  If not, would you  
be willing to post updates to the group?  I have trouble just with  
regular sunshine (brightness, radiation), and am quite sure I feel  
worse with the flares.
