I am told that cell towers pulse or go on and off repeatedly all the time --- includes those antennas on rooftops - they emit RF Microwave Radiation, plus same with cell phones. The smart meters  pulse regularly on a schedule and though the cell towers and cell phones do not go on and off on a schedule it is still considered pulsing. Even if the cell phone is off, the cell towers or antennae still go on and off and on and off looking to see if the cell phone has been turned off or is still on etc. Could this be it?
