They don't ususally bother me, but with getting one after another, after another like we are, just after the x flare hit us, I did get a medium grade migraine for about a day and a half, which I believe was due to that.
You might try adding just a little riboflavin (B2) to your diet, and see if that doesn't help your eyes in a couple days.

My eyes are really sore, the worst they have ever been, with sharp pains in them, and I am having horrible headaches. The huge Solar Flare that hit the Earth on July 6 was an M-Class (only X-Class is stronger) and it disrupted radio and radar communication. That is when the eye pain and headaches started.

Right behind it was a slower-moving coronal mass ejection, or CME, which is a belch of solar particles or RADIATION traveling at about 3 million miles per hour. When it reached the Earth on July 14, my eyes felt like there were knives in them.

Most of those wavelengths are not in the visible range - but apparently I can feel them because my head is about to blow. The Radiation raining down on Earth apparently makes me more Electrosensitive, and the disruption of the Earth's Magnetic Field also makes me even more Electrosensitive. Or maybe it is not the Radiation or Magnetic Field directly that is bothering me, but something it is doing indirectly to the microwaves or magnetic votexes of the Earth, or anybody have any ideas?

If the Planet survives through this period of extremely high Sunspot Activity, combined with Planetary Alignments, while crossing the Galactic Plane, we shall count ourselves lucky indeed!
