Hi - Haven't posted in a while...my emf isn't as bad as it was.

I've been using a laptop with good results & will need a new computer within a year. Are there any desktop computers  that are better than others re emf, & that don't use fans? I'd like to try a desktop computer since I can get a lot more for less money. Are the solid state hard drives any better or worse? Thanks.
