Do you or anyone know if it's safe to use Stetzerizer filters if you have aluminum wiring?

We  made I mistake & bout a house w it & can't afford to rewire just yet. We will make sure we have no wiring errors before using them.

 We have to get a grounding rod put in & get the ground off our pipes.
