Does anyone have an opinion on this Cell Phone Diode that claims to "alter/neutralize the energy frequencies of the harmful EMF's.

2 Diodes for $82.00. Of course I see no explalation on the website of how it works. Can a diode really neutralize microwaves or EMF' or is this hogwash?
