to both Paul and Maureen,
I came across this info the other day.
Its from:
EMFSensitivity.org

B) Telephones

Telephones are likely to be a
primary problem in your house. Some countries (e.g. in Europe) require houses
to install major telecom equipment in your residence. You will need to unplug and
remove all fuses that are inside this telecom box. You may also have a fuse for
this telecom equipment in your main fuse box that you will need to switch off.
It is likely that your phone will still work with all of this telecom equipment
turned off.

      Paul,

You could try wearing a wrist band to expel some of the energy from the shielding so it doesn't accumulate and cause you problems.  I just drop mine to the floor figuring it will go to ground, and it does help.  I bought some pure silver wire from ebay which wasn't expensive and just fixed it to the end to make it heavier and more conductive.

Something that may help with the low elf signals is to wear ear defenders.  You can get aluminium sticky tape from Halfords, to cover the ear cups and make them more shielded against what comes against you.  I often wear mine for sleeping as well.

I've been taking increased iodene for months and using externally on a nodule that came up on my neck.  I noted today that the dents and ridges that had formed on my fingernails seem to be a lot better.  They looked ugly and were about 1/4" across and 1/3" down my nail.  Below them were small raised whitish bumps, but they look much better and apart from my thumb nails are almost gone.

Along with a nodule that came up on my neck I also had lots of small hard bumps on my throat and neck which have gone.   I keep treating the nodule and it seems to be smaller, although it does fluctuate with conditions.

All the best to you Paul
