That sort of information is on the Internet.  For example:

  http://mobile.softpedia.com/phones/Nokia/Nokia-2610.shtml

With the relevant line being:

  Network (2G)  GSM 900 / GSM 1800

That line also tells me that the phone operates using the
AT&T network.
