Eye cover may well be necessary for some people.
As to the shielded hat: we find discharging the
head/hair after wearing our hats helps get rid of
the static electricity. We rinse our heads off
in treated water. 3 yrs ago, my daughter was extremely
sensitive to: wifi/ towers/ cell phones/ect. Wearing the hat
helped her tremendously. She'd either wear the hat, or she'd wear a scarf
of the fabric, wrapped around her head/neck when shopping in areas
of strong exposure. Then when we got home, she'd take it off, and
rinse her whole head. For her, it feels like the shielded fabric does block the
micro wave radiation- as she did NOT get the micro wave head aches when wearing
this fabric. However, it did seem to produce static electricity; perhaps from
the rubbing of this fabric. Somewhere on the Next-Up site, they show a "Discharge
Procedure", they show people rinsing their heads, hands and feet in water that
was treated a certain way. My daughter instinctively came up with our version of
a similiar Discharge procedure- before I even saw this done on the Next-Up site.
I had been using and still do use the "cosmic energy stones" to treat my water.
Note: my water is triple filtered, I don't use the cosmic stone to filter the water,
the stones by whatever explanation, somehow restructure the water molecules, which
we have found helpful. (www.globallight.net look under water transformation)
Note: they DO heavily recommend anyone using these stones, to only USE filtered
water.
I think the Next -Up
describes their water as Hexagonal. I did read that wearing Rose Colored
glasses may help those who are effected by
the Fluorescent lighting. While these will not protect from wireless,
perhaps some of the regular blocking sunglasses, in a rose shade,
may help. Just a suggestion. We haven't tried this.
Blessings,
Lizzie

Not convinced here it seems that the hat or rather the screening materiel
only fuuly protects if it is tight to the antenna, is it not true that the
materiel may act as an absorber after a while if not drained/earthed. Full
face is the way to go or at least full back of head ears and eyes.

The hats appear to be effective at blocking microwaves, and the styles are
trendy BUT........what about the eyes? You must also protect your eyes as
well as the brain. In fact, in my situation it is becoming urgent as my
eyes continue to deteriorate.
This whole situation with the entire world being blanketed in levels of
microwave radiation that is far beyond what is safe or acceptable is
completely out of hand as we struggle to protect our bodies from being assaulted
and maimed.
But, I suppose wearing a hat to cover the brain is better than not wearing
anything. But wearing full head gear to cover the brain and the eys is
better IMHO.
