Yep, mylar blanket reflects RF easily.

But don't get those from DinoDirect. They are durable, but workmanship is horrible. Only the sides are properly covered with aluminum. the huge area in the middle is mostly translucent! Amazon has it at a very low price, but some comments there says it's tears easily, and the aluminum flakes!

Instead of mylar blanket, you can also use silvery reflective sheets that are used to block sunlight. Easily available from car accessory shops.

You need to know how to use them for EMF reflection though. Remember, it reflects. You have o put it between your body (especially the trunk and head) and the major source of RF. Putting on the other side of the body and you'd be between the source and the reflector. Double dose!

Use it right and it provides great reprieve. That's my experience.

>Antacids, if you are talking about the store bought ones, like rolaids? These have aluminum in them. Aluminum is  a heavy metal and is a neuro toxin (brain toxin). Try 1/4 to a half teaspoon of Baking Soda (either Arm & Hammer or Bob's Redmill) in glass of filtered water before bedtime. Baking Soda will help neutralize the acid. It is SAFE, and amazingly cheap. I carry a glass jar of baking soda water with me in my lunch pack when I run errands in high wireless radiation zones and sip on it.
>You can do this 3 tmes a day. You will have to experiment with how much baking soda you put in the glass. Some are only able to tolerate very small amts (1/8 to 1/4) of a teaspoon. I am able to do a whole tablespoon. Depends upon your own body's tolerance. Too strong can be too much.
>As for the bed? I have read articles that those mylar blankets from camping supplies stores can help block the RF.
