Hi Nanci,
Antacids, if you are talking about the store bought ones, like rolaids? These have aluminum in them. Aluminum is  a heavy metal and is a neuro toxin (brain toxin). Try 1/4 to a half teaspoon of Baking Soda (either Arm & Hammer or Bob's Redmill) in glass of filtered water before bedtime. Baking Soda will help neutralize the acid. It is SAFE, and amazingly cheap. I carry a glass jar of baking soda water with me in my lunch pack when I run errands in high wireless radiation zones and sip on it.
You can do this 3 tmes a day. You will have to experiment with how much baking soda you put in the glass. Some are only able to tolerate very small amts (1/8 to 1/4) of a teaspoon. I am able to do a whole tablespoon. Depends upon your own body's tolerance. Too strong can be too much.
As for the bed? I have read articles that those mylar blankets from camping supplies stores can help block the RF.

I know for sure  wirelss  does  affect  ph..  the way  wireless affects me  causes me  acid stomach.. I  am now just awake  with a new neighbours  wireless.

It is always  the same..  waking up at  1:30  with  acid stomach attack ..  but  unfortunately taking  the antacids are not strong  enough.. I  used  a purple  plate  putting it under my  mattress  with my last  neighbour.. which  worked fine.. But this new  neighbour is  right  below me and a  stronger  field.. Drat..

What  do people  here recommend??
