You have a point here!  Yes, some forms of neural reprogramming might not be particularly good, healthwise.

I agree. Toxicity plays a huge role in any chronic condition.

But you know, there are some people who are easily
hypnotized. Military methods often push people past their
stress limits, and then re program the mind/memory.

I have personal experience with a few of these "neural retraining" methods.

They did not work for me at all.



Like you say, if your problem is toxicity, then retraining the mind isn't really

going to do anything other than waste your time and money.
