That is great that you got an opt out for your Smart Meter, but the other 3 meters OUTSIDE OF YOUR BEDROOM, are going to be a problem. If I were you, I would move! No apartment is worth killing yourself over. At the very least, can you try to move to another unit in the building away from the meters, or can you put up sheilding on the wall and floor? What floor is your unit on and where in proximity to your unit are the meters located? That will make a difference in how and if you can shield yourself to some extent. YIKES!!!

We received approval to opt out of smart meters. Problem is I live in an apt. building which has 4 meters outside my bedroom. I can get mine replaced with analogue for $75 plus there will be a monthly charge of $10/month.
I don't know if just removing one will help but I'm going to do it.
