Oh, I forgot to mention... It's embarrassing at the end that the author didn't know the website for the Intentional Communities directory... It's http://www.ic.org/... I don't know how I would do if put on the spot in a national audience interview as well. My words would turn to gibberish!

FYI, the stream isn't working with Firefox 10.0.2, but I got it to work with IE 8...
