That is true. However,from a viewpoint of forcing mandatory radiation devices to "optional'
is a BIG change in corporate/gov't attitude. That is what I am focusing on here. Its the change
in attitude that is important. Before we can change the "behavior" we have to change the
thinking/attitude/mind set. This represents a big step in the right direction. Yes, we have more
work to do, but this is a sign that what we are doing IS working.

Don't get too excited. Just because you may opt out of a Smart Meter on your house, but the other 6 houses on the block don't, it would appear to me that you are still getting radiated and are then no better off.
