C. I have always been a night owl. As a kid, during summer vacation,
I'd be up until 2 a.m. and sleep until 10 a.m. or so. My sister, on
the other hand, has always been a lark--up with the morning sun. In
my family, there were/are several night owls--my mother, aunt,
daughter and granddaughter.
As an adult, I worked day jobs and had to be up at 5:30 or 6:00 a.m. I
drank coffee all day to keep functioning. My low point of the day was
4 p.m. I'd drag home, cook dinner, get the kids to bed, finally get to
relax a bit and plan to get to bed around 10 p.m. Nope. Ten p.m. was
when I'd get my second wind and couldn't go to sleep. (This always
happened to my mom, too.)
I LOVE the night! It's quiet and peaceful. Up until a few years ago,
I'd go to bed around 2 a.m., but as the RF increased, it was later and
later before I got that sense of peace and quiet. Now I never get it.
My preferred sleep time is 4 a.m. to noon, but I have to work at
getting myself to bed by that time. I take 1000 mg of L-Tryptophan
before bed and that helps me to get to sleep. I've tried many things
over the years, but that's the only thing that consistently works. I
really make a concerted effort to get to sleep by 4 a.m. because
something RF-related amps up around 5 a.m., and then I get a lot of ES
reactions and have a terrible time falling asleep.
Here's an interesting article on Night Owls:
http://www.care2.com/greenliving/the-truth-about-night-owls-and-morning-people.htmlI think there's something to the creative/intuitive vs. logical/
analytical. I'm definitely not logical/left-brained; I'm emotion-
based/right-brained. Also, I'm very sensitive to other people's
energies and "waking minds", so late night, when most people are
asleep, used to feel "quieter" and uncluttered. I could FEEL this
lifting of what felt like being "pressed on", like someone taking a
blanket off of you. It would happen around 2 to 3 a.m. However, now
with so much RF, it never feels like that. In fact, 10 years ago, I
kept telling people that I was staying up later and later because it
was later and later until that "quiet time" happened. I surmised that
it must be more cell phones and wifi, but I really didn't have facts
to back that up at the time. People didn't really believe me then,
just as they don't now about ES, because they still don't feel it--or
at least, they don't realize whatever symptoms they are having are
related to EMF/RF (insomnia, headaches, etc.)
