I really need to block this 4G LTE somehow.
 
My thoughts are using 3 coats of the Y sheild paint on ceiling and two back walls in the main living area. Grounding the paint with wrapped wire to grounding rod outside.
 
Would that cut it down?  Would it cause more problems?
 
Does anyone know how the carbon paint works exactly?
 
3 Coats is about 53 db I think.  Loni
