Of course I must add to that I believe EMF causes adrenal stress, sugar levels to spike (insulin problems), and can cause this viscous cycle on its own without blaming it on food. I do believe we have control over how strong our bodies are or can become in relation to this stressor by limiting EMF exposure, healthy probiotic diet, low sugar/grain intake, etc. In talking about Estrogen, I must mention how plastic (drinking from plastic bottles, etc) falsely imitates natural Estrogen and replaces it which throws that system out of whack.
With so many toxins, vaccine ingredients floating in our system, and other disturbing factors, I don't think it is accurate to blame just one causative factor but a world of hell breaking us down.
Removing one by one and replacing it with better solutions is my current goal to make this more a heaven on Earth.
Hope is what I choose.
with love,
Andrew
