I think I'll try the olive oil w lemon juice.
I have a few weeks to finish these remedies 1st.
I guess it's not a big deal. It's just that I've never done it before

Actually, maybe I misunderstood your question --

there is no protocol with JUST lemon juice.  The

protocol is lemon juice PLUS olive oil.  So this

wouldn't really be any more painless than the

grapefruit juice plus olive oil.
