I should have said, tell me about the protocol for flushing w lemon juice. Sounds more painless.

You can do a liver flush with fresh-squeezed lemon juice.  That was

the only way I did it.



I don't think I had much of a sense of taste when I started doing

liver flushes, because they didn't seem that bad.  When I tried

to another one years later, the taste was awful!
