I can't handle grape fruit juice.  Have you ever tried it t w lemon?

I'm sure epsom salts in water taste bad.

You are mistaken.



You have to mix 1/2 cup of olive oil + 1/2 a cup of pressed grape fruit juice.

We do that in en ampty jaqm jar with a lid on.

You can shake it, and than drink it, or swallow ot with a straw.



I hate the bittersalt, especially not at 6 but at 8 o'clock in the morning.
