Hi Gariki, and Dietrich,

You two write:

<Are  there any good posts that summarize most of the issues that are
discussed  around the board here and what we can do to avoid them as best as
possible?>

<what you propose has been done again and again, but it gets lost in the
vast amount of postings. It is a pity.>

My reply:
I used to copy and paste posts I had written to one person over and over to others.  But now since I can rarely be online due to taking care of my ill parents, I have taken to writing people where the info can be found.  True, you have to do some digging but you learn a lot by doing it.

I tell people to look up the info in the archives by using names:

For info on meters and electrics themselves, enter Charles Claussen, Bill Bruno, Stewart Andreason, or Shivani

For info on computers, Stewart Andreason or Marc Martin are helpful; also I have (evie15422) some info on how I remediated my computer in the archives.

For helps for symptoms try Marc Martin, Snoshoe, Elizabeth Thode, Andrew McAfee, or me.

For basic helps in daily living and avoidance, try Blue-green, Marc Martin, or my old posts, also the newbie James has compiled very good ideas.

What is ES about and why do we have it?  Dietrich Gruen (about types of waves and frequencies that cause it), Andrew McAfee, my posts (includes more on BBB involvement and why that is important), Elizabeth Thode (discusses the need for thyroid and adrenal help).

There are more topics and many more people, but these are off the top of my head.

Diane
