Good points, Andrew.  But I would hope it would not take 10-15 years.  I firmly believe that if we brainstorm and really, I mean really focus on ways to get the info circulating that something can be done in say five years.  

On a sidenote, I've been trying to reach you.  You returned one message of mine but I have not been able to make live contact with you as of yet.   I've seen your interview with a local news station and then made the connection that you were the same person from this list and also connected with the symphony.   Your solid reputation means much to this 'movement'.
