How can we find out what we have in place now? Do you think they'd tell you the truth?

What I mean is that the term "4G" is used to mean all sorts of things --
some companies (e.g., AT&T) are even calling their old 3G systems "4G"!
AT&T is indeed in the process of upgrading speeds of their 4G systems,
with their 3G (HSPA) systems upgraded to HSPA+ (both being called "4G"),
and their own 700Mhz 4G LTE (incompatible with Verizon's 700Mhz 4G LTE),
is being rolled out soon - by the end of the year, AT&T expects to have
4G LTE available in 15 USA cities.
