The obvious thing to try is foil on the ceiling.

First make sure there is good conductivity across all the
seams in your foil.  Don't use a wire for grounding, use
a strap of metal width to length ratio of 1/8.  Make
sure all connections are secure and moisture proof.
For outdoors, conductive caulk is the easiest way,
though it costs over $70 per tube (from Silicone solutions).
