Well, what I'm *really* saying is that I'm a lot less
sensitive than I used to be. :-)
However, an old cathode ray tube television sets emit
a lot of EMF, and it's quite possible that an
LCD or LED HDTV will be easier to tolerate. But
one cannot make generalizations because of the
great variation in the components used in electronics --
you may find that one HDTV is perfectly fine
while another HDTV is terrible.

Well, I can tell you that I had a much harder
time finding a tolerable Blu-ray player than I
did finding a tolerable HDTV set. I went through
5 Blu-ray players until I found one that provoked
no symptoms, while the first HDTV set I tried
was fine.
In fact, since we use HDTV sets as computer monitors,
I guess I've been 3 for 3 -- all 3 HDTV sets have
been fine. No returns due to EMF sensitivity.
