Very informative and to the point, Marc.  Thanks.  I wanted to add to the idea of immune system support.... any disease or chemical toxin build-up which one has can also affect the immune system negatively.  For instance, celiac disease, antibiotic build-up, herbicides, pesticides....   So, in other words, any disease you can effectively treat or any chemical compounds you can get out of your body will also go a long way toward helping the immune system.  (Most of you already know this; I am writing for the newbies here.)

I got much better after going to a homeopath who was able to test me for toxic issues and make a remedy for me, personally, which helped detox them from my bone marrow.  I was extremely ill (actually thought I might die) for 6 weeks or more after taking this remedy, until my body got it all out of my system, but I have been much much improved since and that has reflected also in improved ES.

Also, my husband heard a news report on emfs during pregnancy causing asthma in children from KDKA radio out of Pittsburgh.  I tried to look up the actual news report and couldn't find it.  However, I looked up fetal exposure to emfs and found this research from the NIH, of all places.  (Who'd think real research would ever come from there???  lol):

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/news/fullstory_114885.html

While looking I also found KDKA news audio of an interview with Devra Davis.  Some interesting research was mentioned:

Also, on a personal note, I seem to have my spyware/other computer problems sorted out, but will still not be emailing personally for a while just in case.  I just don't want to chance it till I am sure.

Diane

My supplement regimen has varied over the years, but there does seem to be
some common ground throughout the years:

-- heavy metal detox
-- immune system support (anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral)
-- anti-oxidants
-- pH control
-- foods-based vitamins and minerals

I find clay masks to be helpful, but they're such a pain to do...
they also sell clay that you can take internally (tablets, liquids),
but I can't say that I've notice these helping much.

I can't say whether it would work for you, but it definitely worked for
me. My cubicle has a Quantum Pro, a Quantum Monitor, a Quantum Power
Conditioner, a Quantum Companion in my pants pocket, and the Quantum
Byte Software running on my PC. I really doubt that I would be able
to work there without all this stuff. So from my viewpoint, all of
this stuff pays for itself with your first paycheck (and I've been
using this stuff for 10 years!)
