Hi Loni: I to have major MCS Symptoms. one is a form of  Brain Fog. I have had good success with using B12 to reduce the symptoms [ Clear My Head ].
I have, found that I had to play with the dosage in the beginning to find a level that worked for me. My current dosage is 20,000 MCG sublingual. I am a 235 pound male so I am assuming that I would require more that say a 150 pound person. I take 1 to 2 dosages per 24 hrs. until I sense improvement in my symptoms. It usually takes about 3 days to clear my head. I do not take a continual maintenance dose. I stop until I need to treat the next attach of MCS Symptoms [Brain Fog] and like.
