As far as I am concerned that comment belongs on other sites, where sky  
hooks and glass hammers are sold by the dozen, simply constucting a decent  
sheild by the meter of relavent size and  materiel will help imensly, you  may
then have to try filtering your mains with both torroids and stezer filters
 etc will also help, but a hammer would be better !
