Magda Havas has put together an excellent packet that shows on a global range, how many countries have come out with resolutions on lowering radiation levels/ and using the precautionary principle.
I don't have the info packet you are asking for, however, I wanted to mention that the tv show "Law and Order:La"--I believe that was the show--aired a segment 2 or 3 weeks ago where the killer was caught because the police could monitor his smart meter utility use during the time of the crime. This show was being used, but this just goes to show how pervasive the brain-washing for smart-meters is getting.
But this also plays in our favor, and wise anti-smart-meter people can point out the facts that this is a meter which can be used against the "little people"--to monitor their use and keep tabs on them (not only in a meter monitoring way), so that the rich can resume their lavish life-styles and the authorities will always know what the others are up to.
