Hi Charlie,

Great suggestions!

FYI on choosing a safe candle -- National Geographic Green Guide suggests beeswax or soy wax as a safer nonpetroleum alternative to paraffin which releases toxic particles into the air.  It also advises that
-The wick can also contain lead so find one that's lead-free.
-Synthetic fragrance may contain hormone-disrupting phthalates, but essential oils may be healthier

I wonder if she would be able to tolerate a lamp if it is grounded?  That will reduce its effect on one's body voltage.

I've read about people with MCS who got ES because they couldn't go out as easily so they stayed indoor and used the computer too much.  Thus, even without having MCS, I think those of us who have ES have to make sure we don't choose solutions that expose us to too many chemicals.

This seems to really help when near any masts. She used to earth, with earthing straps on full body silverex suit protection, but then we have researched and it is better to earth after the exposure, or electric field increases inside the body if earthing while exposed. Used to lie under electromat when in car but can sit up with balaclava on now. Balaclava, protecting head (brain) and glands (ie thyroid in throat) seems to prevent kick on effect to CNS and adrenal/hormonal system. She used to have flushing and fevers when exposed.
