 Car fans do create harmful frequencies.   i know that because Dave Stetzer told me so and also because when I was a human sensor for a time (terribly, immediately sensitive with spasms as soon as exposed), the moment a car fan was turned on I had syptoms.   Ditto for the tape deck.   I drove in a very cold, silent car in our Wisconsin winters!
