Some stuff I read suggested THC would be helpful,
but I haven't tried it. I used to have a feeling hemp
cereal was a bit beneficial, but I stopped because of
the sugar. I'm liking benfotiamine (prefer Doctor's Best
over the other I tried) and it may help against tingling.
I also often take inositol at bedtime per Richard Conrad.
plus C, coQ10, E, methyl folate, B12 etc etc.
Hawthorn seems like a good idea and I take it daily now.
