Well I'm wondering if this is why my y shield paint in the master is not working because the Building Biologist ran the silver tape around the room & then grounded it to the outlet. I paid $2,000 for that job & can't sleep in there even with the electric turned off.

Presumably that would be okay... :-)

And presumably an Earthing grounding mat connected to a stake
in the soil would be okay as well. However, many of us connect
our grounding mats to the ground pin in a nearby power outlet,
which isn't exactly the same thing... who knows what kind of
frequencies are riding on your ground wires...
