Thanks Mark, I don't anticipate having to use it, but this disaster has shown me that it's probably a good Idea to always keep some around the house, as one never knows when these things are going to occur.
Do you have any thoughts as to how serious this may or may not be. You always have such a level head on such matters.

Well, you could buy "Prolamine Iodine" manufactured by Standard Process.
Or "Iodomere" by ???. Or "Lugols Solution" by ??? Probably can find these
online... probably even on Amazon.com or eBay!
Note however that folks with ES might be really sensitive to taking iodine
supplements, so you'd better figure out in advance how much you can
tolerate without adverse effect (this stuff can mobilize a lot of stored toxins
in the body).
Also, dried seaweed products are loaded with iodine...
