Hi,

Last weekend I went to a pranic healing clinc where they align your chakras. The woman did a body scan of me and told me that my adrenals were blown and my spleen was out of wack among other things. My lower back has been bothering me but I thought I had pulled a muscle. After the treatment, I felt really good until I used a computer again. It is very interesting and I don't quite understand what they do, but it seemed to  help. Now, I am interested in seeing what I can do to help heal my adrenals any suggestions?
