Yes, but Linda said that she had no reaction to taking ALA.  That
would indicate to me that ALA may not even be helpful to her.  
The primary purpose for ALA in a heavy metal detox is to remove
mercury from the body, but there could be many other metals
or parasites contributing to ES.
