There used to be a heater called the Cadet Softheat EPA 750
(or 1000).  BUt it's discontinued.  Home Depot even used to have it.
I never tried it but the other Softheat baseboard heaters are pretty
good in all respects (if you remove the rubber & vinyl parts),
although they have to be very level to not gurgle, (and some do leak
which is annoying because of the hiss and will eventually burn out.)
