How's the market there for selling? We would lose soooo much money if we were to try and sell this house now but I need to move also. I presented renting this house out & then us renting a house elsewhere but it would be very difficult on my son. Loni

I live by Riverside, California. It's about 50 miles from LA. If I can sell my house, I might move to a place where I can use solar panels and a windmill.
I use to live in Washington on Whidbey Island, where my Dad was stationed, when I was a kid. Lots of rain, rain and more rain. I love the rain now. We don't get enough of it here.
