I'm thinking that in my case, it might have worked better for me if my
ground source was the actual ground in the dirt outside, rather than
the ground pin in a local power outlet.  I think the ground pin in a
power outlet might be polluted with EMF noise (?).  So far I have
not tried using the dirt outside, as it's too cold right now to
have the window open all night, and the ground is 3 stories down.  :-)

The one way that I've tried the bed sheet that might have helped was to
use it a decoy for EMF.  That is, my main EMF problem is a space
heater which I have as far away from me as possible, past the foot
of the bed.  If I place the sheet vertically along the foot of the
bed, in between me and the space heater, it seems like I (might) get
a better nights sleep.  My body is not making contact with the
sheet, however, perhaps the EMF from the space heater is being
attracted to the bed sheet rather than to me.
