I have bought the Earthing book as well and was doing some research on the internet. I came across this on youtube which shows a cheap way of grounding
I am thinking of giving it a go (after a bit more research - sounds a bit scarey putting something into a plug socket like that) - as a cheaper way of seeing if I feel a benefit. I want to give the walking barefoot walking on earth a go but we have snow here in London at the moment so that will have to wait until it warms up a bit!
