What is the best and cheapest way to detect all the RF and EMF going on
around your home. I'd like to know what I'm dealing with.

To me it feels like there are several factors.  I live in a home with a
large number of homes all very close to one another. They ALL have
smartmeters.

I also believe there are other RF sources.  I've also found most of the
friends and family I know don't think it's a big deal and my head pain must
be caused by something else. But I deal with it daily so I am the best
person to put the facts together.
