If you have a doctor who will write a letter to the effect that you have
been negatively affected in the past by exposure to radio-frequency radiation
(including dirty electricity), there is a way to stop a utility company from
installing a RF-broadcasting meter.  So far, this particular technique has
apparently worked for all who have tried it.

Please write me if you would like to be put in touch with the person who
informed me about this.  She has helped many others avoid meter placement and
will give you specific instructions about the procedure.

I was about to try this tactic myself, but my own recent tactics have
caused our utility company to rethink their threat to turn off our power because
we won't take the meter.
