For things like the Earthcalm necklace, there isn't any way to test
what it is doing with conventional EMF measuring equipment, because
it works more on the body (I think) than the source of the EMF.

Typically, alternative health practitioners use muscle testing
("applied kinesiology") to test whether or not an EMF device
"works", however it has been my experience that this sort
of testing seems to have NO correlation with a reduction in
symptoms.

The only way to really "test" these things is to try them out in a
given environment, and see if they make any difference to your
symptoms.
