puk replies - 2 things - ground currents and the fact that grounding may be
only a temporary respite as it seems to me that when you drain away
electrons it wont take long to fill the void with others. I wonder what is a
healthy level and how is it maintained. putting the electrons to some use such
as active exercise may be part of the solution
