When on the pc, since a couple of days I'm grounding myself with attaching myself with a cable that is grounded outside...

Definitely good for body voltage... I feel the difference and you can measure the difference with a meter.

In previous posts I believe I've read some advising to ground pc (and other) too, haven't tried that and I don't know if it makes a difference if the pc is already grounded via the plug in the electricity grid...
