Hi Rixta,

Sounds like you grounded yourself.
Two thoughts here:
1- grounding is not the same as shielding, as you are still exposed to
whatever you were exposed to in the beginning. It also gives no clue about
what caused the symptoms.
2- if grounding helped your symptoms, maybe you should pursue grounding as
your remedy, why argue with what works?
